Payments

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider.

Delivery

• Instant deliveries will be made between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

• Subscription-based orders will be delivered between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

• Deliveries will not be made on Sundays or government holidays.

• If you miss the delivery call, the delivery agent will proceed to the next customer. In such cases, the delivery will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• No need to worry about returning the box — we use disposable, eco-friendly bowls for your convenience.

• Changes to delivery time or location will not be accommodated during the month.

• You may pause your subscription for up to 10 days per month, provided we are informed by 5:00 PM on the previous day.
